Ah, your taking the stance that public places are Temporal Entities.

Places that are public, only during certain times.  Your also saying that a
boolean doesn't cover the time aspect.  Your right, but that's what other
properties are for.

The trick would be to have our cake and eat it too.  Does anyone know if we
have a rich way to use the publicAccess boolean....and at the same time
applying another Type to note its Temporal state of being categorized as
"publically accessible" only during a time span ?  I guess we use
http://schema.org/specialOpeningHoursSpecification on the Place ?

In general, it sounds like we might already have the pieces in place to say
that something is of one Type during a certain time...and another Type
during other times.  But I don't see quite how to do that with our existing
structures.  Help needed there.

Temporal Type rather than a plain jane Multi-Typed Entity

(Your Church example is probably not the best, but we get your point...I
can still walk into King's Chapel in Boston during services without much
fanfare while sitting in a pew.  Its doors are open to anyone to walk in,
during servcies or not.  As most Churches are.)
