If you're using RDFa or JSON-LD you can jkust reverse the properties.  
Doesn't work in Microdata though :(

If there isn't much call for having an inverse property for everything,  
then making the vocabulary twice as big seems like a good thing to avoid.  
And since naming things is hard, not having to come up with two sets of  
names and be consistent about which goes in which direction is actually a  
plus.
