is there a schema extension for software development use cases?

good evening;

is there a known schema extension which would comprehend the software development process?
in particular, one which would describe source code components, their relations, creation and management?
the use case would be, for example, the content of github pages.
the pages themselves include nothing pertinent, but github's webhooks require this level of description - even if there is no clear documentation for it.

the only pertinent schema.org <http://schema.org/> concept appears to be “SoftwareSourceCode”, but that describes the consolidated artefact as something related to a product only.
also related is the w3c prov-o work, but that description also lacks specificity.

is anyone looking at an extension into this domain?
