Solid Help

Hello

I am trying to sign-up for Solid. I have created 2 IDs: neilmacehiter and
nmacehiter but in both cases it does not install a new certificate in
Chrome. I am only given the option of selecting existing certificates. Are
you able to delete the WebIDs and explain how I can ensure it creates a
certificate for authentication.
