thinking about it, i guess it would be a better idea to store data
unencrypted and encrypt literals on the way out of the sparql engine,
in case no valid webid (or the like) is present. 
would take some time to search (filter(regex...) encrypted literal
data ;-)

btw the idea came from securing skos:definitions (altLabels,
hiddenLabels) for example. you could see all relations (the skos
thesaurus itself) but read definitions, alt-, hiddenLabels only if you
have the key.
