Read Write Web Community Group Co-Chair

At TPAC there was a very interesting breakout session on 'how to be a good
chair'.  One of the recommendations made there was that as a group grows it
can be a big advantage to have a co-chair.

The duties are pretty light:

1. Act as a liaison between the community group and W3C
2. Help maintain our google plus presence
