Virtuoso supports this protocol. Coming to think of it, we haven't said 
zilch about that, even as part of today's VOS release :-(

RWW supporters should look to the following protocols:

1. basic HTTP
2. WebDAV
3. SPARQL Update
4. SPARQL Graph Store Protocol.

At this point we support 1-4 .
