Jurgen,

You can also make one via the YouID service we provide. The exercise in 
my prior post re. Thunderbird was based on a cert produced via this 
service. Let me know how you get on, via reply to the G+ post about 
this. I am keen on making this 100% simple and repeatable, for anyone.
