[RSP] Drafting Concepts and Definitions

Hi, All!

In today's F2F meeting in Sydney we started discussing concepts and definitions to be used in the documentation of the RSP concept group. The discussion revolved mostly around the definition of a stream.

I prepared an input document to be used for drafting. The content was neither presented nor agreed in the meeting, but it is now posted into the group Wiki as a placeholder for collecting further inputs and comments:

The focus at this point should be on definitions, which allow us to document the scope and requirements. A good outcome would be to have an agreed base set of definitions to continue with other documentation by the time of the next telco.
