Captcha Update: Broken URIs

Colleagues:

Pertinent to my update on APA progress on our captcha update is the
following list of broken URIs in the report.

The question is do we want to try and replace these? Simply eliminate
the hyperlink? Or otherwise tweak our text?

Here are the links that no longer work:

Phishing Activity Trends Report July, 2005, Anti-Phishing Working Group.
Available online at
http://antiphishing.org/APWG_Phishing_Activity_Report_Jul_05.pdf
link is 404
but antiphishing.org works

Breaking CAPTCHAs Without Using OCR

The site is online at http://www.puremango.co.uk/cm_breaking_captcha_115.php
Link says returning soon

The CAPTCHA Project

Spam-bot tests flunk the blind
Link redirects to domain sales

PIN Guard, ING Direct site
