"Virtual Reality" wiki page updated

I've updated the wiki page with a new subsection that documents issues raised in the WebVR/APA meeting earlier in the year, but which are not reflected in the literature we surveyed.
Good examples would be most welcome, as would review comments at the meeting tomorrow.
