RQTF Git repository hosted on GitHub

Dear colleagues,

Michael Cooper helpfully created a Git repository last year, hosted on GitHub, for use by this Task Force. It is available at
https://github.com/w3c/rqtf/

To obtain write access, you'll need an account on GitHub. However, the repository should be publicly readable. If there are any logistical questions, you're welcome to contact me off-list.

Currently, there are no files in the repository other than a brief README file, but this situation will improve as we work on our deliverables.
