Re: [Admin] Agenda for RIF telecon March 16

I'm afraid I cannot join the call today. However, I support the two
proposed resolutions:

> *PROPOSED:* keep the strictness requirement (feature at risk) reworded
> as "a conformant implementation must reject a RIF document that contains
> features that it does not support".

> *PROPOSED (contingent on previous two items)*: Move CR specs to PR

As for the SWC document, I should be able to finish the proofs by
Tuesday next week (i.e., on time for the telecon). I don't think
anything else needs to be done for PR; the changelog should also be up
to date.

Cheers, Jos
