+1 to publication as WD for both documents.

On RIF in RDF it occurred to me, looking at the example, that the case

   <Const type="&rif;iri">value</Const> 

might be instead rendered as:

   focus_node rif:constIRI <value> .

This is not a request to change the document, just flagging a suggestion for future consideration.

Minor typo (not a barrier to publication :))  5.1, para5, s/abbreviate/abbreviation/
