6. PRD conflict resolution strategy (15 mn) 

- The PRD TF met on Feb 1st and propose a couple changes in the PRD spec 
to correct a bug and clarify two issues (see [6]).
   * Do these changes require a 2nd LC?

- In addition, the TF would like to take the opportunity to expose a new 
atomic action [6]: is this feasible without a new LC?

7. Implementations (15 mn) 

- Review known implementation work [7] 

- How to encourage testing?

8. Test cases (30 mn)

- Review and approve test cases [8]
