strictly speaking as an administrator:-) this would require a rechartering of the group:-(, but it would also open some floodgates as for what syntaxes would be accepted for other purposes. There has been discussions about OWL serialization formats (manchester, etc); while technically perfectly possible, it would _really_ be outside the scope in the sense of jeopardizing the timely conclusion of the SPARQL work:-(
