[Admin] ATTENTION, RIF teleon time changes in Europe

NOTICE

Due to the North America changing to summer on March 8 and Europe changing only on March 30, the next 3 RIF telecon will be one hour *earlier* than usual in Europe for the next three telecons (March 10, 17, 24).

After that, Europe will have changed to summer time too, and we will be back to the usual telecon time.
