[Core] All_builtins test case (ACTION-845)

Axel, all,

I made a couple modifications in the all_builtins test cases [1] (mostly 
changing rdf-text for rdf:PlainLiteral)

However, the test case tests only positive guards (and 
pred:literal-not-identical): maybe the purpose (and the name) of the test 
case should be changed (to All_Positive_Guards)?

Or shall all the missing pred: builtins be added instead? And what about 
the builtin functions?

Also, the XML is missing.
