ESTA travel authorization (for travel to USA)

Hopefully this is a reminder to those of you coming to the U.S. for RIF
F2F12, but as of 12 January, all International visitors to the U.S. will
need either a Visa or "ESTA" approval, obtained ahead-of-time over the
Web.  You will (if I understand correctly) not be allowed on the plane
without one or the other.
