- Discuss ISSUE-79 [11] (Negative guards in DTB - is this another dialect?) and propose resolution

- Discuss ISSUE-80 [12] (Shoudl we extend DTB to include more general builtins) and propose resolution

- Discuss ISSUE-81 [13] (Support for additional OWL-RL builtins) and propose resolution

- Discuss ISSUE-67 [10] (need string predicates string-less-than, etc.) and propose resolution
