As evidenced by recent email discussions, several interesting topics
have emerged by focusing on RIF Core, including subsetting BLD and PRD.
Dave initiated the thread "CORE: nascent issues list" [*], including
proposals for Core starting points.

So, once back from my current travel, I plan to set up the Core page on
Wednesday and edit some of the existing material for it by Friday.
(I will likely not be able to join tomorrow's telecon during my travel.)
