AGENDA and BLD Snapshot

We seem to be somewhat chair deprived again.

Here's the agenda, for now:

   -- Meeting As Usual
   -- Talking about all the publications that were supposed to
      be ready on Friday

On that last point, Harold has just finished and asked me to produce

useful because of the document re-organization.
