[RDF-OWL] new frozen draft

Dear all,

A new frozen draft of the RIF-RDF-OWL document is available at:
http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/rdf-owl/draft-2007-10-25.html

If you have any comments, please send them ASAP.  We want to decide
about publishing this document as the first public working draft of the
RIF-RDF-OWL at the telecon on Tuesday, October 30.

Compared with the previous version, the following major changes have
been made:
- better explanations throughout
- addition of several examples
- simplification of definitions
- taking into account most of the comments I've received so far
