Igor, thanks for the comments. Here are some explanations.

Equalities are supposed to be local to the different KBs, so I think it
better be local. But it does not really matter. The thing is that there is
no global URL for =, I think.

This is quite common, but we can change it also, if people want.

It is not pretty, but we decided to avoid getting into the details of how
delimiters look like. Adding spaces everywhere is one simple way to push
this under the carpet.
