All, We would like to freeze the list of phase 2 requirements for the UCR doc at the next telecon (May 29). Please, review and complete the page started by Paula on phase 2 requirements [1]. Notice that, in the phase 1 UCR doc, the list of phase 2 requirements is informative, not normative. We would also like to come to a conclusion wrt at least one item on Sandro's et al. list of "coin-flip" XML syntax decisions [2]: specifically we target a resolution of the stripe-skipping issue. Please, make sure to review the issue [2], [3].
