drafts, based on current CORE document [3] and discussion last week [2],

- PROPOSED: leave constraints, slots and builtins out of WD1; include
some primitive types; include abstract syntax but only basic principles
re deriving concrete syntax, extensibility, dialects, working with OWL
and RDF, and conformance;
- Discussion on constraints in Core, based on Hassan's document [4]
and the following thread, the discussion last week [2][11] and Michael's
comment [5]
- Start discussion on issue 26: roundtripping [6]
