   - PROPOSED: Approve 1/9 telecon minutes [1]
   - PROPOSED: Approve 1/16 telecon minutes [2]

4. Use Cases and Requirements (20 min):
   - Discussion on issue 12 [7], based on Chris's comment [8] re 
Sandro's final proposal [9]
   - Finalisation of UCR WD3, based on [10]
5. Technical Design (50mn)
   - Discussion on the phasing of the technical spec public working 
drafts, based on current CORE document [3] and discussion last week [2], 
[11]
   - PROPOSED: leave constraints, slots and builtins out of WD1; include 
some primitive types; include abstract syntax but only basic principles 
re deriving concrete syntax, extensibility, dialects, working with OWL 
and RDF, and conformance;
   - Discussion on constraints in Core, based on Hassan's document [4] 
and the following thread, the discussion last week [2][11] and Michael's 
comment [5]
   - Start discussion on issue 26: roundtripping [6]
