   - PROPOSED: Approve 1/2 telecon minutes [1]

   - Discussion on the nature of Core: what does it mean to implement RIF Core, etc? 
(in relation with conformance, discussion started last week and thread started by 
Sandro at [3]);
   - Discussion on the phasing of the technical spec public working drafts, based on 
current CORE document [5]
   - PROPOSED: leave slots and builtins out of WD1; include constraints without 
details and as being under discussion; include abstract syntax but only basic 
principles re deriving concrete syntax, extensibility, dialects, working with OWL and 
RDF, and conformance.
   - Start discussion on issue 26: roundtripping [4]
5. Use Cases and Requirements (15 min):
   - Discussion on issue 12 [6], based on Sandro's final proposal [7]
   - Finalisation of UCR WD3, based on [8]

necessarily constitute a RIF dialect by itself?
