How should externally specified data formats and data models be referenced in
RIF rules?

In the latest UCR, this case is covered by 3.8. Vocabulary Mapping for Data
Integration, but the original version presents a more detail discussion and
examples (in F-Logic) of rules referencing elements of external data sources.
