UC 2 is linked to requirements - Action 128

Hi,

I added supporting requirements to the use case 2 [1], as stated in the 
description of action 128; I added also arguments for these 
requirements, just for the Coverage requirement I need to write more 
detailed comments. I'm going to do this at the beginning of next week.
