There is no RIF telecon this week.  Please prepare for next week's 
telecon by catching up on the latest CORE proposal 
[http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/CORE].  In particular, we will 
focus discussion around the "webized" version of the proposal at 
[http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/A.1.0_Nucleus%3A_Positive_Conditions].
