Re: [RIF] New diagram with Goals, CSFs, and Requirements

Nice work, Paula and Frank. 

It looks as if the CSFs are numbered under the goals 1-2, and the 
requirements are bullet items under the numbered CSFs.  Goal 3 seems to 
have a different format.

Would it be ok to link the requirements to the wiki pages that describe 
them?
