I am sorry to say that I haven't found anyone.  As it states on the Wiki page
for the proposal.  Anyone who is planning on going to ISWC should save
considerably by having the F2F adjacent to ISWC, so any group that is planning
on sending multiple participants could consider using some of those savings to
partly sponsor the F2F.
