+1 but for different reasons: the specification of regulations and
regulatory requirements is the most likely "killer app" for the
(adoption of the) semantic web, IMHO.

Dear Chris, dear all,

In my opinion, it would be a pity to consider "legal-like" regulation
inspired from EU-REnt out of the scope of RIF. In fact, such "business
rules" arfe likely to be among the most frequent uses of the RIF.
Admitedly, the rules won't be express in natural language but in RIF.
