[RIF] UCR: eBusiness Contract negotiation use case: changes proposed

Having totally missed that I had an action to edit this use case (I
thought @ F2F2 we'd agreed that due to Allen's good work it needed no
further edits) I added some more detail, summary, and possible real-life
examples that are representative. I've no idea if this is a forward
step: please judge!
