We will be deciding on an editor for the "issues list" in the next two weeks, so for those newcomers who missed the initial call and anyone who wants to think about volunteering, you have one more week to express your interest to us at team-rif-chairs@w3.org. The issues list will be a very dynamic document and an important part of our process, in which "issues" raised publicly by participants will be recorded formally for consideration by the WG. The document will need constant maintenance: adding new issues, and updating the status of existing issues, though the tasks do not usually end up being that much work in themselves.
