Is it okay now? It appears to be due to firefox dealing poorly with
being over-constrained, in having a very-long unbreakable string (a URI)
in the table contents. I edited the offending actions to move the URIs
from the title into the "notes" section, and it's okay for me now.
(I didn't see the bug at first because my browser window was wider.)
