The problem is I can only point at a specific page at a specific time 
- doesn't give me a way to easily point at a specific point-- for 
example, if I send you a pointer to
  http://www.w3.org/2005/rules/wg/wiki/OWL_Compatibility?action=recall&rev=3

and say I disagree with JosDeBruin - can you easily figure out what 
point I'm complaining about?
