thanks Bill, I've been called much worse in working groups I've 
chaired :-), but it's nice that we set the precedent that the goal of 
this WG is to cooperate and work together to the best ends.  We will 
clearly have many disagreements among members over the next few 
years, but the more we keep them focused on the technology, rather 
than imputing motives, the happier I'll be and the more likely we'll 
be to succeed in the end.  So, again, thanks.
