For those of you who will unfortunately not be able to attend the 
meeting: we will have a phoen bridge.

The conf'call info is: Zakim Bridge +1.617.761.6200, conference 74394 
("RIFWG")

However, we will not have individual microphones, only a boardroom 
polycom: I do not know how good (or how bad) you will be able to follow 
the discussions and participate.

There will also be an IRC channel: we will let you know which one 
tomorrow morning.
