Rules with count

Hi,

Is there a way in RIF-PRD to represent a rule such as:

*A customer becomes a "Gold" customer when the number of purcahses *he made
*during the current year exceeds 300.*

*What I mean is a rule which also counts the number of occurrences of
purchases.*
