RIF BLD

I am writing in support of the RIF initiative.
My work has focused on the application of semantic technologies in life
sciences.
In particular the architectural combination and synergy of OWL-DL
ontologies, text mining,
and visualization to facilitate enhanced search for experts in lipidomics,
dengue fever, ovarian cancer...
We have used rules in natural language processing, natural language
generation from ontologies, terminology mapping and
knowledgebase interrogation and are strongly in favor of a standardized
format for representing and reusing rules.
I am interested in RIF RDF and OWL compatibility and leveraging OWL 2 RL in
the RIF BLD.
