Christine, there is a draft of the use-cases note due out next week. Check 
the WG page on Thursday, I woudl say.

I'm not sure what you mean by "before it is too late".  We will be 
releasing the draft for public comment at the end of February, so there is 
still quite a bit of time to provide feedback.
