Re: WebRTC 1.0 Wide Review

Stefan, Dom,

Is it ok for me to set up an i18n issue label and tie it to a mechanism 
in your repo to notify i18n folks of changes?  (i have access to the 
repo, so i can do it myself; i just wanted to check you're ok with it)
