This CSS3 module describes the common values and units that CSS properties accept and the syntax used for describing them in CSS property definitions.CSS

The specification will remain Candidate Recommendation at least until 09 September 2015. At the date of publication there is no explicit test suite (implicityl, all CSS tests exercise this module in some way) and no implementation report.
