I supose it's the only possible utility because it's just the only one that
doesn't fight user rights and the one I could accept, since it's of
technical type. I agree and defend the idea of Intelectual Property and
data doesn't being accessed to people doesn't have right to do so, as a
stronger method of just a user and password scheme, but not in a "don't do
this, it's a bad thing" way. That's how currently all the DRM systems and
Intelectual Property laws works, since it's the easy and lazy way. Who are
YOU to tell me what i CAN and CAN'T do and what's good and bad?!?! I'm a
self-concious person capable to be responsible of their acts and to take
decisions always I don't hurt others, keep out of my way!!! If you don't
want piracy copies being shared without your permision, works towards it,
you are on your right and I defend your opinion, but don't just tell people
to don't make copies or don't allow to do them since i HAVE the right to do
personal copies and store them (at least here at Spain) and YOU are not
allowed to bring me down that right, that by instance, it's what EME-CDM
and ACTION 11 are related to trying to do.

What's not fair and goes agains human rights and constitutions all over the
world are systems like the one on Xbox One and the allways-on Kinect
capable (at least technically, not sure if it's finally implemented or
enabled) to count how much people is in front of the TV on the room and
also identify them and don't play the media if there're more than the
allowed ones. Here at Spain wehave the right for private reproduction
whatever the number of viewers (hundred of them if I want)! And also, it
was very usual to have comunity channels were a VCR or satellite decoder
was available to all the neighbours just because we have the right to do
so, and nobody is allowed to limit it us just because some uni-directional
bussiness interest. We are the consumers, that's our rules. You can accept
them or not, but can't change them. Don't want piracy copies running on
darknets? Ok, I agree, It's a technical problem and in fact a dificult one,
and I open to help you if you if you want. Do you want to control users
rights? No way.
