Hi All,
I have good news … and a little inconvenient news. The good news, we have a solution for participating remotely \0/.

The inconvenient thing is that you will need to install the Vidyo client [1] to access the video stream and to participate (similar to what you have to do with G+ hangouts).

Vidyo is the system that Mozilla uses internally, hence it is the one that is all hooked up to the room where the meeting its taking place. I'm told that the Vidyo client is available in the Apple App store, in the Google Play Store and also for Mac OX, Windows and Linux platforms.

On the day (10th Sept), we will email you a link that you can use to join the meeting.

If you would like to join remotely - and you haven't already told us, please let us know and post your details here (or if you are shy, email them directly to us and we will make sure your name gets on the list):

For those of you who can't do either, we will also do our best to take minutes in IRC. If you want to submit questions or topics for discussion, please file a bug on GH:

Kind regards,
Marcos
