DCMI Metadata Terms in RDFa - update

Just a note to report that thanks to really great work by Hugh Barnes,
Gregg Kellogg, Mitsuharu Nagamori, and Jon Phipps, and inspired by Dan
Brickley, the RDFa document and RDF schemas (plus Turtle) are all in
place - see [1].  We are postponing the build by a few days in order to
test content negotiation so that [2] can (we hope) resolve not just to
[3], but all the way to [4]...
