Re: PER-s for RDFa 1.1

Let us try the 11th indeed. I hope that Manu will wake up from his post-Thanksgiving time:-) and we can get the editing done within a few days.

Note that, in this round, I would not want to publish a new draft of the Primer. The changes are all editorial, so better to do it with the final versions with all the references right.
