STRAW POLL: Work on HTML+RDFa 1.1 is complete, ready to proceed to PR

This is a straw poll to decide whether RDFa WG members believe that the
HTML+RDFa 1.1 specification is ready to proceed to Proposed
Recommendation. Note that there still may be minor changes to the
specification based on last-minute input, but those changes will be
non-substantial or editorial. The purpose of this straw poll is to see
if each RDFa WG member believes that there are no outstanding issues
that need to be addressed before we go to PR. The current PR-prepped
document can be found here:

http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/sources/rdfa-in-html/Overview-src.html

The PR transition documentation can be found here:

http://www.w3.org/2010/02/rdfa/wiki/Html-rdfa-1.1-pr-overview

This poll is about whether or not the document is complete. There will
be a separate straw poll in a week or two to actually move the document
to the PR stage.

PROPOSAL: Work on HTML+RDFa 1.1 is complete and the document is ready to
proceed to PR.
