The test suite is in more or less the same format as the RDFa 1.1 test
suite -- you might need to fiddle around with base URIs to get it
working. It includes tests for host languages "atom" and "datarss", and
RDFa versions "rdfa1.0" and "rdfa1.1".

I'll need to review the XML test suite, but Atom+RDFa 1.1
implementations should probably also be expected to pass XML+RDFa 1.1.
There may be some exceptions around tests for the built-in RDFa Core
terms (describedby, role and license).
